Our company produces handcrafted accessories for packaging machines, such as connecting funnels and special collars for difficult films, such as paper materials.
CN also produces collars with fixed or interchangeable overlap, inner tubes and rollers for film.
Noteworthy among our accessories for forming tubes are the:
• Removable Sealing Bar – Inclining the removable bar makes it possible to spread the packing envelope to its maximum width, thus avoiding the formation of folds in sealing the envelope.
• Terminals and Hoppers - These two types of accessories complete the forming tube at both ends, enabling better insertion of the product to be packed inside the forming tube. CN designs and manufactures these accessories in different sizes, evaluating every variable in play, such as the type of product to be packaged, the dimensions of the packaging machine and the speed of production of the envelope.
• Film Rollers and Guide - The rollers and guide (complete with high quality bearings) cause the longitudinal stability of the film, thus favouring its sliding.
• Anti-clogging for Voluminous Products - Anti-clogging accessories for the forming tube enable the direct flow of the product in order to avoid occlusions or blocks.
